6. Don’t Hide.
After a month of holidays treats many of us want to live in our biggest sweatshirts. But don’t break Finola’s cardinal rule: never wear bigger clothes to camouflage yourself. You’ll just look bigger! “I always say dress the body you have today. If I don't feel fit, I am less likely to reach for those unforgiving skinny jeans, and will opt for a high waisted, wide leg pant. You will be fashionable, and no one will notice those holiday pounds!” she says.
7. Play with Proportion.
If you are going to wear a bulky sweater, keep the outfit underneath sleek. Finola says if you want to wear a large cable knit cardigan, make sure your jeans are skinny, and you have a great pair of boots. Wearing a large cardigan with baggy jeans will just look sloppy.
8. Putting It All Together.
So what does Finola think is the ultimate cute/cozy combination? “I dig large cardigans, huge oversized knit scarves and crazy furry hats. Pair boots with leggings tucked in and a colorful Puffa jacket and you’ll look like sexy ski bunny.” When evening attire is necessary, she recommends furry ear muffs, a long party dress, a little velvet capelet and elbow length gloves.

| I could live in big chunky oversized sweaters and leggings forever. It has to be the warmest and most chic outfit possible. | |

| I don't think I look good in turtlenecks. I mean, my neck is too long for my body already - will it make it look longer? | |

| I think turtlenecks can be really sexy. Yeah, it's like the most covered up you can be - ever, but I really think if you get a tight turtleneck, it's sexier than wearing a deep-v shirt. It shows your curves while leaving something to the imagination! | |
