If you want to customize shoes that don’t need mud protectors, 1154 Lill Studio, has now added a design-your-own-shoe section to their site (starting April 1st). Spice up their adorable pilgrim flats with their vintage-inspired fabrics and choose from their different leathers and hardware for the buckles. My only problem was that I liked their example shoes so much, I wasn’t too motivated to design my own!
Stylish Safety.
Who knew pepper spray could be stylish? There’s actually a website that sells personalized Swarovski™ crystal adorned sprays that are not only safety conscious, but super chic. Pepperface.com also has ready-made designs with feisty names like “Bad Ass Black” and “Prevention Purple.” Mladen, spokesperson for the site, says the most popular designs include names, Chinese letters, astrological signs and personal artwork. Their customized sprays have especially been in demand as bridal party gifts, says Mladen. I personally think they’re a great way to protect yourself from any creepy groomsman.
Panties.
At first I was a bit skeptical about a designing my own undies. It seemed a bit scandalous and I’m generally not the type to put “Mike’s girl” on her skivvies. But I gave it a shot anyway. Customized Girl actually gives you a ton of creative freedom to make some really cute stuff: racy or not. I loved the boy briefs and actually made some silly, personalized ones for my girlfriends. You can choose the font, placement and icons, all of which will update instantly as you do it. Who doesn’t want Leprechaun undies for Saint Paddy’s Day? Custom Glam Girl, another signature site, even has rhinestone options. If you’re already going over the top with customized undies, why not just go all the way and add some sassy sparkle?

| I'm so happy because I was thinking about making my own creation & a boutique. For those who are more creative & stylish that the market can't satisfy, making your own stuff is a great idea. | |
