2007 New York City Race for the Cure
www.komennyc.org/race
According to Cancer.org, breast cancer is the most common cancer plaguing women today, and estimates that about 178,480 new cases of invasive breast cancer were diagnosed among women in the United States. Support the fight against this life-threatening disease by becoming a participant in the 2007 New York City Race for the Cure, held on Sept. 9 in beautiful Central Park. This event is the Susan G. Komen organizations’ premier fundraiser of the year and needs as many volunteers as possible to make it happen. Please email volunteer@komennyc.org for more information on how to race to save women’s lives!
