Have a Drink.
Want to have a great new year? Take time out for a drink, bubble bath or even a cup of tea – whatever you need to relax. If you go into the New Year with a calm spirit, you’ll be more inspired to actually do what you want to do.

Indulge Without Guilt.
If you’re craving a cupcake, go for it! It’s OK to indulge once in a while, whether it’s a dessert or a trip to the spa, which will help keep you happy and feeling alive. Depriving yourself of little indulgences is no way to start the New Year.

Don’t know what you should set out to accomplish this year? Try these top resolutions and goals for a great new year.

    Baby Steps.
A simple walk in the morning is a great way to ease into a fitness resolution. Sometimes we want to jump into working out by trying to exercise two or three hours a day, but most of the time it just results in discouragement, and ultimately, failure. Even just a little bit of exercise will help, and as a bonus, it will also reinvigorate your mind, body and spirit.

    Go Green.
“Going green” may sound cliché these days, but the meaning behind Al Gore’s cause is still important. You can help stop global warming by doing little things like turning off the lights, bringing your own bags to the grocery store and riding a bike when you can instead of driving. It all goes a long way (not to mention you’ll save money from hiking gas prices).
