Don’t have a resolution yet? Try these.
Baby Steps.
A simple walk in the morning is a great way to ease into a fitness resolution. Sometimes we want to jump into working out by trying to exercise two or three hours a day, but most of the time it just results in discouragement, and ultimately, failure. Even just a little bit of exercise will help, and as a bonus, it will also reinvigorate your mind, body and spirit.
Go Green.
“Going green” may sound cliché these days, but the meaning behind Al Gore’s cause is still important. You can help stop global warming by doing little things like turning off the lights, bringing your own bags to the grocery store and riding a bike when you can instead of driving. It all goes a long way (not to mention you’ll save money from hiking gas prices).

| I love that addy! I hate the word "resolutions," but I never really thought about it. "Goals" is much better, I agree. Resolutions almost has a negative connotation. | |

| Here's the method I'm using: I wrote down my goals for the year with a bold Sharpie pen on a white piece of paper, and it's taped to my bedroom wall, so every time I wake up, I'm reminded of what goals to keep everyday. | |

| No more drunk dialing (or texting or emailing) for me in 2008! Also I'm going to stop trying to force a relationship to happen because nothing good comes from it. | |

| I'm not a fan of the word resolutions, but I love goals. My main goal this year is to be true to myself. To grow up and stop letting others opinions direct my life. | |
