Get In The Know.
Just because the 2008 elections are over it doesn't mean we should kick back for the next four years. Stay on top of local and national issues and make sure your voice is always heard.
Start a Savings Fund.
Rethink short-term splurges like that fifth shoe purchase this month and save your money for something life-changing. Instead of taking a trip to the mall, how about saving money for a trip to Paris?
Do Some Market Research.
Visit a farmer’s market in your area. Not only will you be helping local farmers, but you will also be actualizing a plan to eat right. Buy fresh fruits and veggies and get cooking.
Start Living.
Have you always wanted to learn how to ride a motorcycle or backpack through Europe? Like Tim McGraw said, “Live like you were dying” (only not as morbid). Take advantage of opportunities that you would normally pass up because you were too tired or simply “not in the mood.” Start living now!

| No more drunk dialing (or texting or emailing) for me in 2008! Also I'm going to stop trying to force a relationship to happen because nothing good comes from it. | |

| I'm not a fan of the word resolutions, but I love goals. My main goal this year is to be true to myself. To grow up and stop letting others opinions direct my life. | |
