Workout Tricks to Remember:

 

  • Jackie’s Mantra. The Three F’s: Perform the right Function with perfect Form to complete Fatigue. Fatigue is the operative word here.
  • Get bang for your buck. Save your break for after the workout. It’s more efficient and effective to switch off exercises so that you are constantly moving. The best way to do this is to rotate upper body, lower body.
  • It’s not about the cardio. Have you seen the girls on the treadmill or elliptical for two hours at a time? They never change. A fast paced circuit workout is the best way to loose weight.
  • Don’t spot train. The more you train your problem area, the bigger it gets because you’re building muscle underneath the fat. Instead, focus on primary muscle groups: chest, back, quadriceps, butt and hamstrings to get an overall fit body.
