t sleep. Sink into it and enjoy sweet dreams.
*Sit on the floor with your legs extended. Raise your left leg with knee bent, place your left hand on the floor behind you for stability and place your right elbow on the outside of your left knew. Twist gently to your left as you exhale. Hold this pose for a few breaths. Repeat on the opposite side.
**Kneel on the floor with your feet together and your knees wide apart. Sit back on your heels. Bend forward from your waist over your knees. Place your forehead on the floor. Relax your shoulders and let your arms fall comfortably to the floor at your sides.
