Rich and buttery, avocados are full of natural oils and protein that will restore moisture to dry summer hair, making it stronger and more flexible. The Way to Healthy & Shiny Hair


Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, mashed
2 tablespoons sour cream or plain yogurt
Juice of half a lemon (optional)

Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and blend into a smooth paste. Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp, then wrap hair in a warm towel or plastic shower cap. Let the mixture soak into your hair for 20 minutes. Rinse well with warm water, and shampoo and style as usual.
