GARLIC BREAD

1 cube butter
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 loaf of crusty bread (not sourdough)

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Melt 1 cube of unsalted butter in a small skillet, add 1-2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant. Drizzle garlic butter over bread and place on cookie sheet in preheated oven. Cook about 5 minutes. (Note: You can reheat the bread in hot oven for 1-2 minutes when ready to serve.)
