Whether it's public speaking, taking an improv class, going topless on that European beach, or even just sucking it up and asking your boss for that well-deserved raise, conquering a fear gives you limitless confidence, which will inevitably spill over into other aspects of your life—and may give you the courage to take risks in love as well.

9. Invest.
Savvy single girls know that the key to happily ever after starts with becoming financially smart. Regardless of how little or how much you make, do yourself a favor and find a good financial planner who can help you sock something away for a rainy day.
