I think that you have to tread carefully with this one. If I were you, I would start making myself selectively available—“The Rules” can work for guys, too. Try to schedule dates of your own during some of the times that you usually hang out as a couple. But here’s the tough part: Really give the new girls a chance. That way, you can find out if you really do love the girl that you have been dating. Or, you might just find someone better for yourself.
Now realize this runs the risk of backfiring. Even if you move forward with the best intentions, your girl may not react well and it could ultimately end your relationship. But if this is the case, then good riddance. A relationship built on jealousy and possessiveness is bogus. Whatever you do, you should certainly let her know that while you are not going to wait around forever for her, that she is your first choice. “If you love someone, set them free.” (And hope that they find their way back to you on their own.)
