You're going to want to bring this up before you have sex with him, but not RIGHT before (or you probably won't end up having sex). I'd come clean (no pun intended), tell him you saw the meds and talk about it before you get naked with him. Yeah, it's embarrassing to admit that you snooped, but—trust me—he'll be far more embarrassed than you are.
