This is how I see nagging: First time – notification. Second time – reminder. Third time – nag. Fourth time - LAUNCH! – MGTOW2007, message board user

Women.
No one wants to be a nag but sometimes nagging gets you what you want because they'll do it just to shut you up; that’s why you can't stop because you eventually get what you want – Alanna, SavvyMiss member

Sometimes I can be that nagging girlfriend, but it’s out of necessity. One day my gas light was on while my boyfriend was driving my car. I mentioned to him that we needed to get gas. He said he would and continued driving. Anyway, it worked out because exactly one week later, he ran out of gas in his car and I had to come pick him up. Now he gets gas even before the gas light turns on in my car. – Laura, 24

[Women] can stop nagging anytime [they] want to. Remember the 3-1 rule if you can't help yourself: 3 compliments about him or acknowledgments of something he's done for you against 1 time of nagging. If you can't find 3 things to compliment him about or on, then you probably need to end this relationship and find someone else who's more compatible for you. – Justine, message board user
