For these men work becomes a way of expressing their highest vision, and serving humanity. They strive for the highest values, and often teach, write, speak and communicate their deep feelings about what life is all about. These men do not view work as work, but as a mission or calling which their lives are dedicated to.

These men receive satisfaction and enjoyment both from the work itself and the daily interaction with other individuals there. Personal relationships, openness and sharing are important to them, as well as the quality of the work they do. They are usually able to remain balanced, no matter what results come, and return to the simple pleasure of what they do.
