4. Create a name, age and even an accent for your character. Embody her completely.

5. Figure out what your character would wear. Step outside of your comfort zone. Remember, even though “you” may feel uncomfortable wearing certain lingerie or high heels, your alter ego would not!

6. Get your man involved by letting him create a character all his own. He can be the traveling salesman in town for a conference, the college frat boy with a lust for cheerleaders or the doctor making the ‘rounds’. It’s ideal if your characters somehow fit together but it also makes for interesting sex play when your characters are on complete opposite ends of the spectrum.

7. Imagine a scene that you have always wanted to simulate and recreate that scene in your apartment or house. If you want to be the upscale call girl, add a few posh satin pillows, decadent candles and warm lighting throughout your bedroom for an especially luxurious feel. Invite your honey over and tell him that he can have whatever is on the menu.

8. Most importantly, have fun! Role playing is just another way for you and your man to connect — romantically, physically and emotionally!
