Sheila Kelley: Why Her Striptease Workout is Rocking the Country
SM: Why do you think it made such a good mainstream sport? People are no longer immediately associating it purely with...
Sheila: ... stripping. I know, I love that. I think women are ready. I think you go through life once, you have this body, you have a choice: You either embrace it or you neglect it. And 98% of the women I’ve met, who haven’t done this class, tear their body apart. Ass, legs, thighs, something. Would you ever do that to your child?
SM: No, of course not.
Sheila: That’s right. So I tell my students “Your body is now your child.” And you are no longer allowed to abuse your child. You’re no longer allowed to feed your child badly. You’re no longer allowed to judge your child harshly. Every time I turn around somebody is harshly abusing women and I am so sick of it. S Factor is a place where you can come and you can give your sister a high five and say “Way to go, great power, knock them dead!”

This is an awesome article and I agree completely.
A friend was telling me about the latest 'pole dancing' but the classes are too expensive..I am sending her this article too.
I agree that women should learn to use their bodies as a beautiful instrument..
Thank you for this
