“Porn is just like any mood-altering substance,” Rob says. “When used in moderation, it works fine for its intended purpose. But just like with all mood-altering substances, there are those who abuse the product and give it a bad name.”

Most guys don’t have a porn problem. Take Mike, 30. He certainly likes his porn, but he’s far from an addict. “It's something that I do if there is nothing else on my mind, or if I'm really bored and not too tired to sleep,” he says.

So how do you know if your guy has an unhealthy porn habit? Basically, his skin flick watching should be kept completely on the down low. It should never interfere with your life or your relationship. His porn and his lady should always be kept separate. “If ever the two should meet, there would be a problem,” says Vince.
For those ladies out there curious about porn and wondering if they should watch one with their guy, you should know that porn viewing is generally a solo activity. “I wouldn’t want to be with a girl who would be into that,” Vince says.

In the end, ladies, I want you to remember one important thing about men and porn: Those silicone-enhanced babes on the screen mean nothing. At the end of the day, your guy wants you. You’re his number one, not some cheap-ass bimbo in some cheap-ass movie.

“There’s no replacement for the real thing,” Vince says. “A guy would take any girl over watching porn.”
