1. Drink less alcohol. “Although alcohol lowers your inhibitions and relaxes you, it also depresses the central nervous system, which means you respond more slowly to stimulations,” says Hall.
  2. Hit the gym. “Exercise is important because it relieves tension. Even an hour after working out, you’ll be more responsive to foreplay,” says Goldmeier.
  3. Masturbate regularly. “It’s free, acceptable and you can do it in the privacy of your own home,” says Dubberley. It’s also a great way to discover what turns you on the most.
  4. Take multivitamins. “If your body is generally fit and healthy, you’re bound to have better orgasms,” says Boynton. “Taking multivitamins in conjunction with cutting out bad habits like smoking, which slows your circulation, will improve your orgasms. But be warned, one thing in isolation won’t make any difference.”
  5. Think differently. According to the Durex 2004 Global Sex Survey Report, more than one in five women voted Brad Pitt the sexiest male celebrity. If all else fails, fantasize you’re with him.
