Full of bounce and vigor, the cheeky girl has no regrets and says what she wants. Serve this version with your highest heels and mini-est skirt, tuck a hibiscus blossom behind your ear and gather the girls for a fun tropical night in.
Serves 1
1 ounce coffee liqueur
1 ounce banana liqueur
½ ounce brandy
½ ounce coconut rum
½ medium banana, peeled
2 ounces cream (half-and-half or heavy cream)
1 cup ice
In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in a large glass with a straw or a spoon.
Serve in: Parfait glass
Rim: Unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar of choice (granulated, colored, etc.), instant coffee powder or sweetened coconut flakes
Garnish: Paper umbrellas, chocolate shavings, sprinkles, remaining banana slices
Tip: Try adding in a cherry liqueur or a splash of grenadine for a fruitier flavor. For best results use a bright yellow, ripe banana with firm fruit.
