Benefit’s Glamazon Facial Bronzing Tint $26 ** * ***
At first glance, Glamazon looks like an adorable nail polish, with its small rounded bottle-and-brush applicator. But the liquid is actually meant to be applied on your face, not your nails. It seems a little intimidating to use, but when I did brush it on my cheeks it actually gave me a nice, subtly darker skin tone—and you can apply it a second time to get even more of a tan. Just be cautious if you have naturally oily skin—you might need to put powder on afterward to keep from looking too greasy.

Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess Luminous Liquid Bronzer $28.50 ** * ***
Similar to its Soft Duo companion, this bronzer provides a naturally sun-kissed look, but in a liquid formula. It contains bits of shimmer meshed with a natural-looking tint—that won’t overwhelm folks on the fairer end of the color spectrum and gives those on the tanner side a boost of color as well. If you’re like me, who likes to get up and go without looking like a mess, the tube-encased liquid formula glides on easily and blends very well for fast fabulousness. If you’re looking for a glow, however, this didn’t really do much for me. You may also need to apply foundation beforehand to cover up the blemishes as the shimmer tends to highlight them a bit.
