It may be hard to believe that this indulgent blend of chocolate and raspberries is good for you, but it's true. There's evidence that chocolate can stimulate the pleasure centers in the brain. And soy contains plant-based hormones that can help relieve some of the mood swings that sometimes accompany PMS. Fresh mint is not only the perfect garnish, but it may also help reduce cramps.
Ingredients
Makes about 2 cups.
Directions
Combine the soy milk, raspberries, and banana in a blender. Add the sorbet and mint. Blend until smooth.
