Berry Ice Blocks with Buttermilk
By Gary and Elsa Petersen-Schepelern
Freeze a selection of fresh juices in an ice cube tray and serve with buttermilk for a delicious breakfast on a hot day. These ice cubes have been made with cranberry juice and strawberry puree.
Ingredients
Serves 4
Directions
Fill 4 glasses with the fruity ice cubes, add a dollop of buttermilk or yogurt, then top with sparkling water or club soda, if using. Serve honey separately and add to taste.
The ice cubes melt slowly into the drink, so you can top it with more buttermilk or more sparkling water for a long, cool, delicious and filling drink.

| HMMM! Strawberries Wild was my favorite thing to make and drink when working at Jamba Juice, although I was sworn to secrecy not to give up the recipe. I'm so glad they decided to share it with savvy miss. It's absolutely delicious! | |
