Created by Radha Mehta, this beautiful, deep pink martini is a must for Valentine’s Day. Serve it up for your girlfriends or the special someone for a Cupid-inspired happy hour.


For martini:
3-5 mint leaves
1 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces vodka
2 ounces steeped and chilled hibiscus tea

For martini garnish:
3 rose petals

In a cocktail shaker, mash the mint leaves with the simple syrup. Add the vodka and hibiscus tea, fill with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Float rose petals on top for garnish.
