If you can’t rub up against a Spaniard, this drink—named after the sexy Spanish dance—might just be the next best thing.

Ingredients
1 1/3 oz/4 cl gold tequila
2/3 oz/2 cl Cointreau
1 1/3 oz/4 cl pineapple juice
1 1/3 oz/4 cl orange juice
2 dashes grenadine

And…
wine goblet or cocktail glass
spirit pourer
saucer and superfine sugar for coating the rim
chopping board and sharp knife for orange garnish

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake quickly. Coat the rim of a chilled glass with a slice of orange and dip in a saucer of superfine sugar.
  2. Strain into a glass and add two dashes of grenadine. Cut a slice of orange as a garnish and place on the rim.
