We know the last thing you need after that crazy New Year’s Eve bash is more cocktails. That's why we're bringing you the nonalcoholic version of the famously frozen Mudslide. The combination of caffeine and ice cream in this concoction will easily coax you out of bed and into a sweet new year. A really cool way to present it is to twirl and lace the chocolate inside of the glass before pouring the mixture.
Makes 1 drink
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 ounce black coffee
2 spoons of Café Vienna (General Foods International Coffee)
1 ounce chocolate syrup
Milk or half-and-half to blend
Put the chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, coffee, Café Vienna and chocolate syrup into a blender. Blend, adding milk or half-and-half little by little until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. To make the drink thicker, you can add cubes of ice while blending.

| This sounds delightful- especially because I my New Year's resolution is to give up drinking for a month. | |

| Try adding almond extract for a little extra flavor. | |
