1. Your Information. In order to take advantage of all the features made available to you by Savvy Miss, we ask you to become a member. During the membership registration process, Savvy Miss will obtain personal information such as your name, e-mail address, and geographical coordinates, and will also ask you to create a screen name and password.

2. We Won't Divulge Personal Information. We will compile membership data as anonymous, statistical information to better understand our membership and tailor our content, services and products to our membership. Your screen name will be revealed on the Savvy Miss Web site when you enter public forums such as chat rooms or message boards. Your actual personal information will be revealed to third parties as required by technology only for the purpose of delivering our e-mail to you, or, if required by law. We will never sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal information to anyone without your express permission.

3. When We Share, We Keep Your Identity Private. From time to time, Savvy Miss may also ask you, on an optional basis, to provide us with certain other information that is not identifiable with you personally. We will compile the information you provide to us, such as your annual income, buying preferences, or age to create "demographic and profile data" that we will use internally to better provide you with content that suits your interests. We may share that statistical information with our advertisers and potential advertisers, but that information will never include your actual name, address, etc. In other words, any information that you provide to us on an optional basis will remain confidential.

4. Shared Information is Used to Better Serve our Members. We may also collect non-personal, aggregated information about members' use of the Savvy Miss Web site so that we know which Web sites you have visited before coming to Savvy Miss, how much time you spend on our Web site and where you go afterwards. Again, be assured that this type of information is compiled as anonymous statistics and your personal identity is never a part of this data. The statistical information collected by Savvy Miss is used to help us better serve our target audience, anticipate traffic and offer members the information they want.

5 We Want to Correct Mistakes. If you wish, upon request we will provide you with a summary of the information we have collected about you and you will have an opportunity to correct, update or modify this information.

6. We Always Give You the Opportunity to "Opt Out" of New Services. If we ever send you information by e-mail concerning new products or services that you did not expressly request, we will provide you with an email address by which you may request no future notices. If we have advertising partners that gather demographic information whenever you visit our site, you will also have the opportunity to opt out of providing such information.

7. Our Tracking Policies. Your IP address is a number that is assigned by your ISP (Intern et Service Provider) to your computer to identify its location. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. We also sometimes use IP addresses to communicate with members and possibly even ban those members who are not complying with our Terms of Service.

Cookies are small packets of information that a Web site's computer stores on your computer. Savvy Miss can read the cookies whenever you visit the Savvy Miss Web site to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our Web site, to deliver content specific to your interests, to track the pages you've visited and to make sure you don't see the same ads repeatedly. These cookies allow us to use the information we collect to customize your Savvy Miss experience so that your visit to Savvy Miss is as relevant and as valuable to you as possible. A link to or from Savvy Miss does not mean that we endorse those Web sites, content or products and services available on such Web sites. 9. Security. Any information gathered by Savvy Miss is stored on restricted database servers, and only authorized personnel are able to access those databases. We use industry-standard tools such as firewalls to ensure that your information stays safe and confidential.

10. Children. We do not encourage the participation of children in any of the services of Savvy Miss. Visitors who are under the age of 15 are prohibited from becoming a member. Anyone under the age of 18 is discouraged from participating in any sex-related chats or message boards, and if this policy is violated, we shall prohibit any such person from participating in any of the membership features of Savvy Miss immediately upon knowledge of this violation of our policy.

11. Modification to this Policy. We try to be responsive to the needs of our members, changes in technology and the requirements of the law, so Savvy Miss may change its Privacy Policies but will always make updates available for you on this Web site.
