Hello...i wrote last month about a woman i admired at work...now she is going to be looking for a new job...i wake up crying because she is leaving..i have been trying to be friends with her...and want to give her my cell number...i am in love with her...what should i do?

Hold up buddy. One thing at a time. Try being her friend, and hide your feelings for a second if you aren't already her friend. Be friends first. The way to get into a woman heart is to be her friend. Shes goign to start a new job, so shes gonna need all the friends she can get and have someone their to listen to her as she goes on her new path. So give her your number, tell her you will miss working with her, call her on her first day, set up a lunch to discuss her new job etc etc. Just take it step by step.
