My daughter saw fight Club and really liked it and has been trying to get me to watch it ever since. I told her I'd read the book and think about it.

haha That's cute. THe movie isn't so bad though maybe you guys could trade. She has to read a book you pick And in return you watch fight club. Pick something interesting maybe she'll become a reader. Try Through the looking Glass, or the Memory Keepers Daughter, or The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Who knows it could work.
I'm reading and old Kathleen Woodiwiss Everlasting. Its actually new, it came out last year though. I really love the way she tells a story.
That is a really cute idea. YOu read the book and your kid watches the movie of that book and you guys compare notes. hahaha...I should start doing that. If you've read The Memory Keeper's Daughter already, the movie is going to be on Lifetime this Saturday night at 9..so that could be a good place to start.

It was so sad, we mostly just cried the whole time it was on. Afterwards we laughed because we felt silly for always watching tear jerker's like this movie and Beaches.
i saw the movie too.. what a tear jerker ! but you know what it was one of the best lifetime movies i've seen in a long time
