Anyone have a favorite recipe for the summer. I prefer cooking out on the grill in the summer, I try to avoid hot kitchens when I can cook outside :) I really enjoy grilling chicken... to keep it from getting boring I like to try out different recipes.

One of my favorite is a recipe for Grilled Mozza-Chicken Sandwiches. All you need is to grill up some chicken breasts with KRAFT Original BBQ Sauce, add sauteed or grilled onions and peppers along with some melted mozzarella cheese... then just put it all on a nice Kaiser roll :)
