Summer is here! That means summer salads that go well with your grilled meats. Since cumbers are now in season I thought I’d share a creamy salad that will help you keep cool.

Creamy Cucumber Salad



Ingredients:

2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup thin sweet onion slices
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

Instructions:

TOSS cucumbers, tomatoes and onion with dressing.
SPRINKLE with pecans just before serving.
