Why a Feel-Good Challenge? Oh, let’s count the reasons …

I don’t have to tell you what a roller coaster 2020 has been (and we still have elections, holidays and 3 months to go!). There’s so much going on in the world right now, it’s hard to keep up. It’s even more challenging to consistently feel good.

If you’re anything like myself, and our Savvy Team, most of this year has had you feeling all over the place. One week you may feel majorly motivated and in your groove being productive and moving forward with goals – and the next, you feel like pulling the covers over your head and staying in bed all day. 

Just as you nourish your body with what you eat, drink, and how you exercise, it’s just as important to nourish your soul and mind and take good care of Y-O-U.

This is exactly why we decided to do this Feel-Good Challenge! 

For 30 days together we’re going to prioritize our happiness, take back our peace of mind and take time each day to feel good. We’re going to stop feeling all over the place and start feeling happier, more fulfilled and enjoy more ease – no matter what’s going on around us.

Each week you’ll receive a new audio from me including inspiration and tools to feel good. We’ll cover changing your life with gratitude, how to be more kind and loving to Y-O-U (and stop being so hard on yourself!), how to choose happiness throughout your day, how to deal with disappointment, dark days, and negative emotions without falling down the rabbit hole, positive self-talk and thinking … and so much more.

Is this the first time we’re meeting? I’m your host, Emily Florence.

In case this is the first time we’re meeting, hi, I’m Emily Florence and I’m your host for the Feel-Good Challenge. I’m the founder of Savvy Miss, which is honored to be named a Forbes Top 100 Website for Women. I’m also the host of our EveryDay Happy Show podcast, a certified life, life purpose and business coach, a writer, and a former entertainment publicist and journalist. 

I’m a puppy mama to the cutest, silliest lab on the planet named Harper, who you’ve probably seen quite a bit of if you hang out with me on Instagram. (And yes, I may be a bit biased!) I’m a lover of green tea, a travel enthusiast, a grateful optimist and a huge fan of pretty much all food made with cheese. Seriously, it’s kind of ridiculous. 

I love inspiring and supporting people to create happier, more fulfilled, easygoing lives — and to be kinder to the amazing person staring back at them in the mirror. 

I have a Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College in Boston, a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Life Coaching Certificate from the Life Purpose Institute. I’m also thrilled to be the author of three books – two of which will be published next year (the other is buried in the yard – call it practice!).

I believe Audrey Hepburn was right when she said, “The most important thing is to enjoy your life, to be happy, it’s all that matters.” I also believe we’re meant to be kind and loving to ourselves.

FAQs

Is this just for women?

Not at all. This challenge is for every person on our planet who’s craving more happiness, fulfillment, self-love, inner peace, gratitude and ease. 

How much time will it take?

The challenge takes place over 30 days and you’ll want to plan on spending 15 to 30 minutes daily on your Gratitude Practice and Daily Feel-Good Activities. You’ll also want to set aside about 45 minutes to one hour each week for the audio inspirations, tools and fun sheets. 

What’s your refund policy?

There are no refunds for the challenge, so please be sure you’re ready to commit if you sign up.
