Self-love isn’t all that complicated — it simply means being good to yourself. Treat yourself with as much love, patience, kindness, and respect as you do your best friends and loved ones.
It’s hard to believe we’re halfway through 2020 — what a surreal year it’s been. When the clock struck midnight officially kicking off the New Year, we here at Savvy Miss never could’ve predicted where this year would take us.
Can you relate?
If you’re like us, chances are the year has gone in a direction you never expected, and perhaps too, like many of us, you’ve been taken off course from how you had planned for 2020 to go.
Decisions, decisions, decisions. All-day long we make decisions: what to wear, what to eat, which work task to tackle first, when to exercise, what TV show to watch, etc.
You may not realize it, but making a decision takes quite a bit of mental energy — and too many decisions can lead to something called decision fatigue.
(This is why so often at the end of the day it takes forever to decide what you want to eat for dinner or watch on TV!)
