Your to-do list probably doesn’t need anything added to it, but today, we’re going to suggest a new daily priority: creating a moment of joy.
The idea is similar to a daily gratitude practice (something else we highly recommend), and we think it might just become your favorite part of the day!
So how do you do it?
Did you have travel plans this summer? For most of us, those plans have been put on hold (or drastically altered), which is no doubt disappointing.
The good news is there’s still a way to get that well-rested, energized and reinvigorated vacation feeling without traveling. The answer?

We’re all experiencing some pretty big blows right now — whether you can’t see or hug loved ones, had to cancel a special event, aren’t able to travel this summer … and on and on.
Yep, to say 2020 has been a rough one is a complete and total understatement.
